The Institute of Technological Implementations ADK Commercial Sp. z o.o. – was started in 2003.
The statutory office of the company is in Warsaw. The company was started for the utilisation of large amounts
of side products formed in technological processes of fat industry, for the manufacture of esters, recycling of plastics
and utilisation of meat industry waste.
ADK Commercial is conducting a research program focusing on the use of energy from fuels with biomass coming from, e.g.:
blended fats category 3 or post-esterification glycerine. It also deals with the manufacture of cooling fluids for
internal-combustion engines and conducts research leading to the development of a technology of anti-adhesive fluids
for mining industry (mineral mines).
The Institute of Technological Implementations “ADK Commercial Sp. z o.o.” is recorded in the register
of entities dealing with professional lobbying (No 00083). The activity consists in the up-to-date analysis
of legal changes that could affect the availability of specific products and in the shaping of price levels
as well as the exertion of influence on official authorities in the process of establishing laws in this field.
The company also deals with:
- the monitoring of the market of fluid fuels in Poland
- the monitoring of manufacture capabilities of each supply source as regards the demand expressed by fuel recipients and the qualitative parameters of fluid fuels being supplied
- the analysis of risks coming from the market that could result in the reduction of fuel supplies
Apart from the research activity, the company deals with commercial matters:
- marketing of products and services
- cooperation within the range of the maintenance and development of potential customers market
- assessment and monitoring of the financial situation of companies, the up-to-date assessment of the debt-carrying capacity and the determination of trade credit
- organisation of barter transactions, trade intermediary services, negotiation of selling prices
